**Ordering & Pricing Errors**
We strive for absolute accuracy, but technical or human errors can occasionally happen.
* **Right to Cancel:** If a technical glitch or typing error results in an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
* **Refund Guarantee:** If we cancel your order due to a pricing error, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
**Third-Party Services & Disruptions**
Town Rush partners with third-party courier services and payment gateways to process orders and deliver your goods.
* **Liability Limits:** While we work hard to ensure smooth operations, we cannot be held legally liable for third-party payment gateway failures or delivery delays caused by unforeseen logistical challenges or local infrastructure issues (such as load shedding).
**Returns, Refunds & Exchanges**
Your rights are protected under South African law. Our return framework operates under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA):
* **Change of Mind (ECTA 7-Day Cooling-Off Period):** You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us if you wish to return an item. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
* **Defective or Damaged Goods (CPA 6-Month Warranty):** If an item arrives damaged or develops a factory defect within 6 months of purchase, notify us immediately. We will arrange and pay for the return collection. Once inspected, you may choose a full refund, replacement, or repair.
